Why should you choose us?
SUPERIOR PREP.
Unlike our competitors, all of our refurbished tanks are blasted with angular blast media. On the right you can see the difference between a steel surface that has been "shot blasted" and one that has been blasted with an angular blast media such as steel grit, garnet, coal slag, etc.
The more surface profile there is, the better the coating is able to "bite" or adhere onto the steel.
This creates a much stronger bond between the coatings we put on which translates to as much as twice the coating life compared to a tank that's been shot blasted.
SUPERIOR COATINGS.
Powdercoat is tough, but epoxy is tougher. Thats why we choose to coat our tanks with only top quality epoxies to offer you the toughest and most durable paint job for your tanks on the market.
The one downside is that epoxies can fade and chalk. To solve this problem, we spray on multiple coats of UV resistant urethane coating to give you a tough product that can hold it's color & gloss for a years to come.
Some of our competitors use a cheaper polyester powdercoat, which should be taken into consideration when looking for the best coating longevity.
ALL 100% BRAND NEW REGO VALVES.
We replace all existing valves with only RegO branded valves. Tanks are also purged and pressure tested for quality assurance.
